  1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.

Non-Delivery of Service: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon content within the specified timeline and are unresponsive for more than 7 business days after the due date.

Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before any work has commenced, a full refund may be issued.

Substantial Non-Conformity: If the final content is significantly different from the scope of work agreed upon and cannot be corrected within the given revision rounds.


  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

You change your mind after the work has started

You are dissatisfied due to a change in business direction or strategy unrelated to the project scope

You fail to provide necessary information or feedback on time, causing delays

Work has been completed and delivered as per agreed-upon terms and revision options have been provided


  1. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We strive to correct any issues before considering a refund. If you’re not satisfied with the delivered content, we offer free revisions based on the selected service package:

Starter Plan: 1 round of revision

Pro Plan: 2 rounds of revision

Premium Plan: 3 rounds of revision

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for your request, and any relevant details.
